I was selected by the president of our company to be one of seven "star" agents to speak about achieving success at Coldwell Banker's Business Smart Day which was held on Thursday, October  25 at the Birchwood Manor in Whippany. Below are 10 of the Steps to Success that I shared with my fellow agents:

  * Work "ON" your Business  a minimum of 4 hours per week

  * Write down your goals               * Put away 25% of commissions for business

 * Formulate a business plan       * Sharpen Skills- Attend Classes

 *Develop a Budget                          * Read at least 3 Business Publications per month

* Embrace and Learn Technology * Balance your personal life with business
