September is kicking off in Union County with MusicFest 2010. Oak Ridge Park in Clark, NJ will be rockin' starting tomorrow with a great weekend of nonstop FREE music.

This year's MusicFest is also adding a touch of green to this year's event by including its first ever Green Village. This will be a fun way to learn about going green with exhibits on conservation and sustainability and art pieces created wtih recycled materials.

The public is also invited and encourages to donate clean plastic water bottles, newspapers, musical instruments, and unwanted furniture which will be used at the Fusion Art and Music tent in the Green Village.

I encourage all of you to take a trip to Clark to partake in the 13th annual MusicFest. Not only will there be a great lineup of nonstop music but there will also be extreme sports, a 5K run/walk marathon, farmers market, Kid's Kingdom and many other great attractions for the whole family!

Take advantage of the festivals while they are still going on and enjoy every minute!
