Your advice and recommendations were always on target with what the housing market was doing, even though they were not necessarily what we always wanted to hear. Thanks for the info updates and web tips. Your updates were always interesting and at the same time scary - we can only imagine where we'd be if we hadn't crossed paths with you in late 2007. Your hard talk initially was a bit of a rude awakening and surely tough medicine... but in the end your recommendation was dead on. You produced results, got the sale, and we were able to move on with your lives! While we took a tremendous hit finacially, it could've been much much worse, especially if we were forced to carry the Wanaque property into 2008. Hopefully this tough cycle will end soon, but in the interim, whether good times or bad, we'd be happy to recommend your sage and professional approach to real estate to anyone at anytime!
